Are there anyway to make so if the server crash the server save before`?

Yes, it is posible, but it wont work for you, so you better don't count with it, find other ways to solve your problem, also it wont handle all kind of crashes.

Add the !save command, that way players can save their own chars every once in a while.
Also when players logout they will be saved anyway.
