uhm.. when you start rme for ur first time it asks you for your tibia 854(example) folder and you have to link it..

You can change the directory manually later, too. But I think he wants to know how to add new items to the items palette for example..

Anyway, add your new .spr and .dat files to the 854 folder, along with your new items.otb folder. Then in the 854 folder, open your tilesets.xml file, and you will see how to add your new item ids
