How do i unset the Vocation for armor?

Hey, im wondering how to make like how to change the vocation for this, so everyone can use it.

10:46 You see a Assassin's Armor (Arm:16, protection death +3%).
It can only be wielded properly by knights of level 80 or higher.

Anyone know?
