deathLosePercent isnt working!

I'm using rev 837 trunk...
I was using 812 trunk, and it was working good

I've high-exp server, when the players die they lose 17 levels, level 714 to 697...

Can it be fixed?

What does deprecated mean?
Is it that that variable is no longer used in 0.3?

ya it think so like its no longer used and has been taken out thats what i would guess it means
