I have no clue what the exp stages are, but they look good so far.
Mid rate is better then high rate (I rather fight on lvl 80-100 then on lvl 150-200).

Why? then people are kinda "forced" to keep on leveling, and there will be 130-150's.
Just keep it the way it is, people will join as long as it stays up.
