Account Manager Problems (Website)

I just made my website, all buttons work ect. But i can't make an account, like, it creates and shit, but i can't log on it in website or in game =( It dosent come up in DB. =/

Are you sure that your website are directed to the right database?
What website are you using?

I'm using Gesior acc manager and shit. novaots.no-ip.info is the web. it's not up.

It works now, but i can't logon the server D= when i do i get this error :
