Hello!
I don't own a credit card and since my paypal is limited I need to verify a credit card.
I'm wondering if it's possible to buy like cards with 20€ on them from a store or something and use it to verify the account, or do I have to go to the bank and fix myself a credit card?

I'd also be glad to give out 50euro if someone could help me verify it so I don't need to get a credit card, like give me access to a card with 5 euro or something and give me the info I need about it and I send you 50 euro when it's unlimited.

A debit card is a card that when your cash is empty, this card doesn't allow you to buy more (you must ask for it to the banker); otherwise, the credit one, allows you to buy even though you have 0 € or -10 €, etc. But, next month, this money will be taken away from your bank account, also, for credit card, you need a paysheet.
One week ago I made a debit card (bank account) and I already have done the shit of paypal to activate the bank account, it sends to your bank accont two quantities of cash, then 2-3 days after that, you must go to the bank and "look for card movements" and will appear something like this:
Code: 
PayPal Transaction .............. 0,18 €
PayPal Transaction .............. 0,12 €
Then, you need to put those cash values into the PayPal form to activate it, if all is okay you will be ready to send money and remove PayPal cash limits.

I can help you, to get Credit Card for free. All you have to do, fill up informations, wait 24-48h til they approve it, and they will send it to you, if you're US in 10 days, and for rest world in 20 days.

But if you can't wait 20 days, then you should make Viritual Credit Card, and use it for paypal.
