How to deal with fucking chargebacks?
Just lame, some guy donated and now wants to chargeback cause he had "Some issues"

Which is not my damn fault.

Paypal doesn't give any protection for virtual products to other then residences of US anyway. You win by adding a link to their terms of use.

Daopay has huge taxes. Paypal doesn't, but still chargebacks are "always welcome"
Fucking way of doing business
Screw it.

If you ever get a paypal payment, create a new account each 50 $ you get.
Or spend it all.
Wish I had done it. Lost 160$

I used to do that. But was dumb enough to believe nothing was gonna happen.

But if it works.
I'm pretty sure paypal will bankrupt soon.

hi rozinx,

unfortunately, chargebacks do happen. nevertheless, DaoPay does not steel from anybody! with DaoPay, your customers use their phones to pay for your products. every purchase is charged to your customers' phone bill. so, the telecomm carriers take their share as does the VAT. DaoPay takes only 2-3% handling fee. that's it. the rest is yours. although, the telecomm carriers take a huge share, you have to consider that many people either do not have or do not want to use credit cards on the internet. without phone payments, you would not be able to welcome them as your customers.

I sent an screenshot showing an e-mail he sent me, lame mistake he did. Lmfao.
Telling me that he had to that cause he got in a car aciddent and such and needed the money back.
And I'm verified, while the other guy isn't.
So I won it.
But I was kinda concerned about what could happen if I didn't win, cause it was negativ, and I wasn't planning on letting them charge my credit card without authorisation.
I know paypal doesn't give any guarantee regarding virtual items , but this time they didn't find enough proof.

Now I still got a chargeback initiated by paypal.

They just told me that they didn't get enough proof to chargeback.

Now I'll unlink my credit card to that account.
That won't be so nice, cause I might lose the verified account status, but still , that's way better than losing money all the time.
So guys, everytime you receive a payment, send to another account.
But do not make the worst mistake you can ever do, do not log in with the same ip.

Well, I've just linked to their terms of use (paypal's), and won every dispute that is NOT against an American (they got some stupid extended rights apperently).

Not really. They can just say that their account was missused, or that you come with that policy after they did it. Also, if they do credit card chargeback your custom policy will have no effect at all.

I just lunk to their policy and state that he used the points (give a screenshot from the log), that way he can't say he never got the points he brought.

And donations are technicly ALWAYS refundable.
