Hi. I want to change this annoying help channel message (Welcome to the help channel.

You can still change it, just download a hex-editor like XIV32 :) If you use NP++ there's also a plug-in for reading in HEX to convert to 'plaintext' and you can just type over it. 'Tis what I did :P

Then you can't change it.

However, you could probably send text in that channel with an 'onJoinChannel' creaturescript. Wouldn't change the fact the normal stuff still gets sent though.
