I think you got same problem as I got a while ago, tell me, what version of phpmyadmin are you using?

You need to upgrade your phpmyadmin to make sure triggers works.

This is my version: phpMyAdmin 2.11.4

I think i can't do it. I have a server running and i think all acc, players are reset as i import the forgottenserver.sql

So, if You don't know how to manage a TFS server, then at least follow tutorials next time :thumbup:
