Always logging in!

I got this problem in my server, I set the max limit too 80 players, but if I want some players too login like Rls or anything(so they can always login without waiting or so) is there anything I can do? Like a commands or script, spells or so? please help me.


PS: I use the newest tfs server.

It's not just one number, it's like 8 numbers and they still get kick command etc..
