You can destroy this door by some hammer I remember, and there are serpent spawns inside :) But I don't really remember.

I think it doesen't lead anywhere, they putted it there for traumatized kids with Tibia lvl up to pass through that door. But nobody's even close to that level.

That's a COMPLETE FAIL, but maybe, when people start approaching to that lvl, the Tibia mappers will start mapping something there, I don't really know; like Sir Blondi said, it's interesting.
