War system

Hi ive tryed to finf a working war system all night now.
I can only 1/1 accounts there you fight free-for-all.
Im searching a system there you can go 1/1 and choose between houndreds of players and when you connect you will join the team that got least members online. Red/Blue

Is there any script or server on this forum thats do it?
