Windows Weird Problem I noticed with windows server.

I don't know if anyone else has this issue, I thought it was weird myself. Anyway, here it is. If I need to restart my server because of an update or something important, it seems that it crashes multiple times, UNLESS I restart the dedicated along with it. After I restart the dedi, it only lets me run the server one time with no crashing.
