Change norwegian channel to balkan channel!

Change em to like Swe its like no diffrents in the langs, Only that they dont use öäå.

Swedish is proper full, doesn't matter which full, that boarder is always helpfull, they helpt me with my computer which i gonna buy and they helpt somoone if daopay take fee or something .... so DO NOT SIGN NOTHING; SWEDISH CAN BE THERE, NORWEGIAN CAN GO TO HELL :P

Why is that? I can perfectly well read (and to somepoint even write) swedish and danish.
