Spell requests

Well I'm in need of some spells for my project, here are some ideas that I have in mind. I was told that they are possible to script but I don't the abilities to script them myself. If you want further more elaboration on the spells, just send me a pm.

Then there will be new spells like the Mind Control spell, making it so you can control a monster of your choice. Tornado, damaging all of the creatures around you for a certain duration. Soul Stealer, removing all of your magic buffs (for example magic shield)
