Do you get any errors in console? Do you have the account '1' in the database? Try a clean TFS install or a newly created sql database and see if it still happens.

uhh ?
account manager always spawned in x=50, y=50, z=7
so check the map and try to change the grounds.
if it still debug you, try to log in with a different client, if u using 857/855/854.
