Oreally? Is that a new rule since past 2 years? Early and to mid-days of illyrium me and illyrium team were victims severly, so had to remake it step by step.

Not exactly :)

Tips:

1. Use RAW
2. Turn off special tiles (Pz's/Spawns)
3. Don't make it too squary.

Hmm.. Alright, I do know that some of my real friends got infractions for ripping! Not sure if it was, heavy ripping or just a similar "piece".. :)
 
Don't post incomplete pieces because they're the same, ugly and incomplete.

Why not? It's a great way to get improvements during the time that you work on the piece!

Makes no sence at all. If you'd like to act Forum-police, then obey the guidelines urself for proper forum manner.

Second, shitloads of people posts incomplete images for different reasons.
Eager of feedback, showing progress or/and chatting about the piece.

Yeah, I aswell has ever seen a clean n tidy swamp.

EDIT; on another peek its not even that spammed. yet.
Just loads of heavy lines from the bordering and eye catching ground. Roads etc are clean.

It looks bad, some places are spammed as hell, and some others empty.
