autoborder plx, stop with autoborder and I'll give advice
Honestly, I make almost everything raw.. I make city's in raw
I always map in rawcase closed?
The point is that you CAN make it less squary in autoborder too, I haven't becouse I'm still learning, but now I see how easy it is to not do it squary with the autoborder.lol.. you do know that you can make it less squary with raw.. w/e map like you want.
Exactly, for example, if you're making a whole continent, and youre gonna make the grass/water borders that is like sooo much work, then the autoborder will save you so much time and it will look identical to raw-made if you do it right.Nothing is wrong with autoborder. Aslong as you know how to edit the map in RAWs aswell/make the shapes less squary.
Also, I doubt you would use only RAWs when doing a whole city/island, where there is both needed to be houses, hunting spots, quest & ofcourse nature.
So you make the grass/water continent borders/roads in raw too? Then you are wasting time in my opinion.Honestly, I make almost everything raw.. I make city's in raw
Thank you, and I don't think I want to bring this up more now haha, let me map how I want. You're improving & your mapping skills will hopefully get better.
Also, when you use the autoborder, you mapping will be more squary, while if you use the raw, the mapping will look more realistic because you won't have squary shapes.
Just continue mapping with raw & you will get much better.
yes I make ALL borders raw.. that's because with autoborder you cant get it exactly like you want.. atleast I cant
All great mappers use raw, you know.w/e.
there is a reason most of the great mappers use RAW you know
w/e.
