I've been searching for weeks litteraly, not even a single re-upload of the original files.
Does anyone have them? TFS 0.2 source files which support 8.1?

This version isn't complete. It's just a review of the files it doesn't have the .dev file and all the others.

So I don't know why elf don't not add.

Maybe someone else will help you or try to ask about this elf but do it is pretty hard

Protocol wise yeah probably but i dont know about items.otb
Wouldn't it have like, too much differences with 8.1?

nope, the file structure is the same. it would only have some additional items.
and a different file version (CLIENT_VERSION_820 / 10) altough this can be changed rather easily, in the file header

Search for "820"/"8.20", and change to 811 or 810? :s
