Quick check at changelog, and we'll see "* Updated to OTBv3", what means support for 8.40 maps. Anyway i will be sure when i'll compile and check it myself :D

Check that you made "theforgottenserver" database, or if it has other name change it to correct in config.lua file. Next thing import schema file. Find any guide of tfs installation and that would be much easier for everyone ;)
