I get an error after my server is almost done loading. It says: This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I got 4gb ram and it still crashes also i tried LaaTido and it still doesn't work... anyone got another solution or i guess i have to give up :/
