I figured it out I needed to turn agressive="0" to agressive="1"

Hi so I have a stupid question but I can't figure it out! When players are inside a PZ zone they can still use spells and attack players outside of pz zone.. so they kill them and dont have to worry about being hit.. why is this happening?

No, groups are the same. I know its a flag issue I tried to use a few flag editors but when i do it removes the skull so I don't know exactly how to do it. @Ninja helped me before any idea how to fix it? xD
