Solved Players can use spells and attack in pz

Hi so I have a stupid question but I can't figure it out!
When players are inside a PZ zone they can still use spells and attack players outside of pz zone.. so they kill them and dont have to worry about being hit.. why is this happening?

Noone can attack them, but they can attack others and ignore protection zone? Some players or all?
Sounds like some flag issue.

What server do you use?

I figured it out I needed to turn agressive="0" to agressive="1"
