How do you find out if a server is doing this? Tibia-retro has a built in cam system that records everything, and the cams are not accessible to players but instead are uploaded to the admins servers. He somehow has been 'detecting' cheaters and banning all of them en masse.

Why highrate? All 7.4 highrates die in a week or so, been proven over and over again.

You could do it the dumb way as you suggested, or you could simply parcel the money to your other character saving a death/skills/levels/more money for blessings LOL >.>

That's probly what he was thinking of, bounty's. It's basically the same thing. It has worked finely on other ot's.
