gesior its better modern its not that editable, bouth have alot of issues, but the way gesior works it alot more simpler than modern, i had modern acc tons of issues i just prefer to move to gesior while it is still easy to change it

you dont need a rookgard, some hunting grounds for low levels in your sewers, hight exp rate if they are -8 and that should solve the problem
