UHs should cost 2k~, its fast to do them, and considering the amount of mana to make an explo (750) and to make a sd (880), it should cost around the same, for exemple, 3.5k explo and 4k sd. And there should be a list for mixed runes also, because the price of a x100 explosion isnt the same as...
