Webdesigner [Hiring] PayPal Payment Integration for Website (ZnoteAAC)

I'm looking for an experienced developer to fully integrate automatic PayPal payments into ZnoteAAC.
I've tried multiple times to make it work, but for some reason it's still not functional. So I need someone who can take a deep look at it and make it work 100%.
