As I mentioned its hard to account for all variables. But we rely on our systems hence we are prioritizing on fixing them. You need to be patient and trust the process, just as i explained to you in discord.

Come on man that’s a weak typical response. You are dealing with 20-30 online players only at the moment.

If I can check 3 random people that I picked from the online list, kill all of them because they are full afk botting then a simple check on your side should be able to find the same.

I don’t want to get into posting gyazos of the cheaters here but the fact is you know those guys are botting, I even gave you names and gyazos but you chose to do nothing with them which means it will continue.

Well the botters left the moment they heard about the anticheat it seems.

A new client has been released and can be downloaded on the website. Its a lightweight version in comparison to the previous one that felt heavy and had lags. The new client in contrast to the old will feel very well optimized and your gameplay will be lag-free. Additionally the new client has had improvements made to the UI.

We have fixed the following bugs

• Roman will no longer have issues taking your quest, and you wont have issues killing more than 5 rats to get it either.
• We fixed the amount scrollbar in the NPC trade window
• Max FPS has now been set to 165
• Actionsbars layout in the options menu has been improved for ease of use
• Talking to Roman and completing his tasks now shows in the Questlog tracker
• We have added exiva as a menu option to the VIP List
• We have added saving password to the login menu
• Adjusted manaregen on life ring and ring of healing to 7.4 formulas

UPDATE
For some time now people have been leaving feedback on the physical damage and defense system. Although we had previously implemented an accurate formula from cipsofts leaked engine. We noticed there was more to the attack and defence system than we initially thought.

The base itself is built on TVP which already comes with a very high accuracy. We recently implemented

• Cipsofts Skills System (This is very different from how otservers inaccurate 1x is)

And now we've also implemented the factors on how cipsoft manages armor defence from equipment but also how it manages the damage calculation to make it less random.

• Cipsofts Attack damage formula for physical hits
• Cipsofts Defense formula for both creatures and players

These changes have completely changed the in-game feeling both in pvp, pvm and training. We've also introcuced other features from the cipsoft engine that doesnt come to my mind atm.

We’ve introduced Mystic Bags.

These rare bags have a 50% chance to either break or transform into a random enchant rune found on our items page. These runes can be used to apply attributes to your equipment and weapons, giving your gear a powerful edge.

Mystic Bags are rare drops, but can be looted from any lootable elite creature with 2 or 3 stars.

To test the system and enhance the hunting experience, we’ve increased the spawn rate of elite creatures. The aim is to keep the challenge meaningful, so that finally looting a Mystic Bag or attributed item feels truly satisfying.

Keep in mind:

• Only 2- and 3-star elite creatures can drop Mystic Bags.
• Elite creatures have an higher overall loot chance than regular monsters which as a result, they now offer better opportunities to loot attributed items, giving elite hunts a much stronger purpose.

We’re excited to announce that we have succesfully translated CipSofts code to implement new, accurate systems to promise. This update includes a wide range of adjustments, most of which are highlighted in the image provided, including a complete overhaul of the skill system.While the image may appear player-focused, the changes also affect monsters in several of the same areas. This has been a significant and complex implementation, and we’re looking forward to seeing it in action.



This is a really simple view of the total integration as the details can be divided into hundreds of small details in each aspects of the game. Across each category from monsters to players, to how defense and armor work and so on. Its basically a revolutionising update to even bring to an OTserver. This makes us the ONLY server out there with the authentic formulas for damage, armor, defense and everything else. The feeling for knights and paladins is completely authentic and unlike anything out there.
