To allow more Dynamic builds, error & trail on character building you are given the opportunity to choose direction of your build before level 1100 as you can freely reset & remove talents till level 1100, after that you will need talent tokens to remove & reset talent potion for reset.
you can now use talent module anytime, anywhere no more kicks or PZ required.
