    That's because you are trying to delete an account that belongs to a "player" in player's directory. And you cant delete an account that is used, therefore, try to create a new account instead of changing the actual one

    just create a new "account" first, like a dublication of the other acc. Then change the acc number (and the acc id ofc). Now you will be able to change the account id from "players" for the new acc. Then, you can delete the old acc.

    how do u view the account list in sql?

    its not folder accessable. In sql you have a phpmyadmin page (http://localhost/phpmyadmin) where you can administrate accounts, players and many other things. There is a tutorial for how to start a sql server, it might help you along the way :)
