    It depends. I think that wands buffs mages early game tremendously and puts them way over the top, because it allows them to hunt monsters they'd normally require runes or summons to kill, for example dwarf guards/orc berserkers/cyclops etc. If you want to add wands you'd have to compensate...

    Iron Man mode is something that should be explored in Tibia, however I have no idea how you're going to overcome the fact that paladins need sds, knights/sorcerers need uhs, and druids need sds as well on older Tibia versions.
