    Have you checked if you got the latest drivers for your gpu? Do you put your framerate at the maximum in the tibiaclient? If you do, set a limit to 60-70, thats all tibia needs. Try changing the graphic options DX9/DX5/OpenGL, Try them all.

    Its more about the internet speed but whatever since a Tibia server is single-threaded i recommend you buying a 1-2 core processor PC, you don't need an extremelly fast PC with a I7~ to run a server.

    All I can say is look for the recent changes you made. Might be an error in your scripts. Else try running a troubleshoot of compatibility on your TFS launcher by right clicking on it.

    Maybe the rune has a duplicated ID in spells.xml? Open spells.xml in a notepad hit CTRL + F, Type the item ID to see if theres 2 with the same id.
