Dont ignore gms, "the paralyze".
For a start, what has dashing got to do with paralyze? The only way you can "reduce" dash is by keeping the exp rates low on your ots so players arent higher levels easily. But as i said, even saying anything about dash is totally off topic. The para should be fixed, not looked at and thought... -
