    Hello why 190 rp (top one) is hitting for max 40 (average hit is 7) from power bolts into 120 mage ? no stone skin. Tested 50 hits. Its 190 rp, he should hit average around 100~~ . Atm average is around 1-7 dmg.

    lowrate will never work on the teamhunt 8.0 server, it will just make solo players have 100 lvls after 1 month, while teamhunt team will reach 200 in 2 weeks (4 kolowce will be 300 already)
