Shutting it down, as server owner refusing to pay his hosting price. P.S. We had a deal, that I'm hosting this server and helping with issues for a said price, however DestinationSer haven't even paid 50% of monthly price we have dealed, while server was hosted for much longer than a month...- Fare

normal talkaction, when 'on', you check for some item in ring slot, if its exist, you add manashield condition with -1 duration. Same if you're saying 'off'', check for a ring, if it's equipped, removing conditions. There are available lua functions for all needed functionality, no clues what... -
