    Windows Gullfisk re-re-opening. need some help.

    Hi, i decided to start gullfisk again. And i am a noob i have studied alot about ot servers. 1: How do i make a homepage like www.gullfisk.no-ip.org that page has been shut down, so i am gonna open it with same ip too. 2: How do i get it online. And new hoster, but with a bit better network.
