    Paypal will not add points to the accounts

    Hello, I've apparently fixed paypal today and is excited about it, but people buy items on the server I get the money but they can not get the points, I have tested lot of stuff fixed in paypal IPN done it enabled. Help if u can! ;).. Happy Easter all! Sorry for bad english..
