im trying to set up a server from scratch and when i try to import the sql file from the server to the database i get that error

My website is working. Everything fin, when a character tries to log in, even me, it says cant connect to the game server, the game server is offline. Even tho the server is running. anyone know what the problem could be?

it has to be that the map editor doesnt have the right sprites. did u load the sprites from 8.60 to rme?
