Send if player has access on AddCreature and put it on creature class in OTC, after just make a function returning that bool var from creature class and use it for setting the color like @River_KA said.

Create a new module for hotkey/exp ( you can use game_healthinfo and game_hotkeys as example ) put a painel above console for it content and after that just put map painel above the new module.

Why are you getting a random number on creature name packet instead of spawn time? Makes no sense, clearly different Players will see different number's. Just do to every time a new monster is created generate a random level.
