OTC Help - exp bar in the default chat Up

I wonder how by the experience bar on top of the default chat as shown in the image below.

and if possible also put this bar with hotkeys.

Just look into game_hotkeys module how it works and you will figure out how to make your own.

Create a new module for hotkey/exp ( you can use game_healthinfo and game_hotkeys as example ) put a painel above console for it content and after that just put map painel above the new module.
