Yup whenever i download a new items.otb and items.xml it changes even before i open it for the first time I do not know sadly :( tfs 0.4

I mean with "true id" that the id supposed to be 3386 in rh not 2498 I recognize that there are two different ids but what i wanna know is why does any items.xml gets corrupted whenever i download a new one

I believe u must try Jbot ,it reads the pixels of ur hp and mp so auto heal ;)

sometimes u face high dps monsters and if u play manually u can't really look at top left and leave the sight of screen just to know ur hp and in the same time if u use this system u can watch out if the monster changes target also knowing ur hp and mp,incase u r blocking u need to be taking...
