@changos brow,i used this command on Windows CMD: "sfc/Verifyfile + full local adress" and fixed this shit =D dont be fooled formating your PC just for this DLL missing ^^ maybe u can use "sfc/scannow" comand too OBS: run CMD as ADM =))
