It's all of them. It's through the normal trade window. So the npc is just calling the trade, not really doing anything.

Well, I feel like an idiot. I had that set on my host pc, but I didn't think it would affect a connecting pc. Solved the issue completely. Thank you for your help!

Thanks for the response. You are indeed correct. Looks like that's where it's getting the house size from. My next question would be, is there any way to change it to point in the house.xml? My only other option is to alter over 1000 houses, so not very practical.

I had this problem and tried everything, but what finally instantly fixed it was moving all the map files to c:\Tibia instead of the e: drive, which is where I have remere's installed. For some reason it seems to only like the files on c:.
