Please someone help me: my server wont run because it says access denied for root@localhost something like that. I made a password for phpmyadmin, before that the .exe was running well. Also, i cannot install gesior, it denies me the access. Please help

I installed apache, but i cannot install gesior. It says "access denied" and says it can be modified in "httpd-xampp.conf". I cant find that file. Also, I password protected myphpadmin and now the server wont run, it says "access denied" and the password is ok in config. Thanks!
