After you've filled 36 slots out of 50 older items in the "backpack" starts to disappear. But if you remove newer items from the "backpack" the older ones comes back. It feels unsafe,looks wierd and it's confusing.

The quest past the doors of expertise (220+) at the Yakchal portal on the second floor in the monsters portal room, you get a rope with a hook. Don't remember the exact name. But the rope will just fall on the ground under you, and when you try to pick it up all it says is "You cannot pick that up".
