[0.3.6 TFS] Addon bonus system

Hello everyone, I was wondering if there is a way to make an addon bonus script that you get certain bonuses when you have X number of addons. For example, if you have 5 full addons, you would get 5 magic levels and if you have 10 addons you would get another 10 magic level plus the 5 that you had before. I would really appreciate if someone could help me do this. Thank you
