TFS 0.X 0.3.7 - GlobalStorage ?

Hello.
I have problem with powergamers (globalevents) - all work fine, but when i restart my server script add exp to 1 days ago.
(This is the same day, but only restart my server).

if (tonumber(os.date("%d")) ~= getGlobalStorageValue(23456)) then - this function check a date OS. Not working ?
