0.3.8 Geisor Highscore bug :(

Hello im pretty new to this but i have a server and i have installed geisor 0.3.8 but i cant click on chars on "Who Is Online" but i only get

The Following Errors Have Occurred:
This name contains invalid letters. Please use only A-Z, a-z and space.

i get this link in linkbar "XXXXXXXXXXX.net/?subtopic=characters&name=4" but i should be "XXXXXXXXXXXX.net/index.php?subtopic=characters&name=Dolo"

Is dolo the 4/5th person on the character database?
