0.4 you may not attack this player!?

I use 0.4 and i cant attack other players ... "You May Not Attack This Player" i have the "RED HAND" pressed . and

protectionLevel = 1

If you have downloaded datapack, someone might be used script like "optional pvp/own pvp mode" script in his ots and that allows players to choose pvp mode.

should be false if thats the problem
